Resumen
La organización del salario en las entidades requiere una concepción integral a nivel
de toda su economía de forma tal que se logre, dentro de las limitaciones de trabajo
actuales, la máxima aproximación entre el salario y el aporte laboral del trabajador y
en consecuencia, que a trabajos iguales correspondan salarios iguales. Atendiendo
a ello el presente trabajo persigue como objetivo general, diseñar un Sistema de
Pago para el Taller de Marketing e Impresiones Distintivas de la UEB Planta de
Impresión Plana.
Dentro de las técnicas utilizadas estuvo la observación directa, el muestreo por
observaciones instantáneas, la encuesta y la consulta de documentos, se emplearon
el software SPSS para Windows y Microsoft Excel para la realización de los gráficos
según fue necesario.
El trabajo fue estructurado en tres capítulos. En el Capítulo 1 se presentan los
fundamentos teóricos del tema objeto de estudio. En el Capítulo 2 se abordan las
características específicas de la empresa, la elaboración de un Procedimiento para
el Diseño de Sistemas de Pago en talleres de las Empresas Gráficas, la aplicación
del procedimiento para determinar el sistema de pago en el taller. En el Capitulo 3 se
concluye el estudio con la presentación del nuevo diseño del sistema de pagos y la
validación de la hipótesis.
The wages in the entities requires a comprehensive approach to its entire economy in a way that is achieved, within the constraints of work, the closest approach between the salary and the contribution of the worker and therefore that equal work equal wages fall. Accordingly the present work has as objective to design a payment system for the workshop on marketing and distinct impression from the BSU printing plant of the flat. Among the techniques used were direct observation, sampling instant comments, the survey and consultation of documents were used SPSS software for Windows and Microsoft Excel for the performance of the graphics as required. The work was divided into three chapters. In Chapter 1 presents the theoretical foundations of the subject under study. In Chapter 2 discusses the specifics of the company, developing a procedure for the design of payment systems Business Graphics Workshops, implementation of the procedure for determining the payment system in the workshop. In Chapter 3 the study concludes with the presentation of the new payment system design and validation of the hypothesis.
