Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolla en la UEB Central Azucarero “Héctor Rodríguez” de Sagua la Grande y tiene como objetivo realizar el diagnóstico ambiental y la evaluación del impacto ambiental para determinar los principales aspectos e impactos asociados a la actividad productiva de la entidad. Para ello se aplicó la metodología de Conesa en la determinación y evaluación de los impactos ambientales, lo que permitió conocer los factores ambientales afectados, así como los impactos que ocasionan las actividades que desarrolla la organización. Los resultados obtenidos destacan como acción más impactante la generación de residuos sólidos, líquidos y emisiones de gases contaminantes a la atmósfera. Mientras que los factores más afectados son el factor humano, la economía y el agua.
This research is carried out at the “Héctor Rodríguez” Sugar Central UEB of Sagua and its objective is to carry out an environmental diagnosis and environmental impact assessment to determine the main aspects and impacts associated with the entity's productive activity.
