dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación caracteriza la estrategia de polarización ideológica en el discurso periodístico de las crónicas sobre cultura cubana publicadas por Alejo Carpentier en la revista Social entre 1925 y 1933. Para ello, se tiene en cuenta el empleo de las metodologías propias del Análisis del Discurso, propuestas por Teun van Dijk, para caracterizar la inherente y dialéctica relación entre contenido y forma, o expresión-significado. La investigación se perfila como un estudio descriptivo que desde la perspectiva cualitativa y el enfoque comunicológico, posee una clara intención que presupone el análisis discursivo del mensaje periodístico con la finalidad de develar información sobre las estructuras ideológicas, su valor dentro del texto, así como sobre las estructuras discursivas con significado ideológico. Se señalan el carácter transversal del estudio al suscitar conexiones no solo entre el conjunto de las crónicas, sino también con entrevistas, epistolarios y ensayos del propio Carpentier y de otros autores sobre su obra.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation characterizes the strategy of ideological polarization in the journalistic discourse of the chronicles on Cuban culture published by Alejo Carpentier in the Social magazine between 1925 and 1933. For this, the use of the own methodology of the Discourse Analysis is taken into account, proposed by Teun van Dijk, to characterize the inherent and dialectical relationship between content and form, or expression-meaning. The research is emerging as a descriptive study that from a qualitative perspective and the communicological approach, has a clear intention that presupposes the discursive analysis of the journalistic message with the purpose of revealing information about the ideological structures, their value within the text, as well as about the discursive structures with ideological meaning. The cross-sectional nature of the study is pointed out by provoking connections not only among the chronicles as a whole, but also with interviews, correspondence and essays by Carpentier himself and other authors about his work.en_US
