Aplicación de un Cuadro de Mando Integral y su soporte automatizado en la Unidad de Aseguramiento Metrológico (UBAM) de Geocuba VC-SS

Resumen
Partiendo de la problemática existente en la Empresa Geocuba Villa Clara – Sancti Spíritus específicamente en la Unidad Básica de Aseguramiento Metrológico (UBAM) de no existir una herramienta para traducir y poner en práctica la estrategia de acuerdo a las condiciones actuales de Geocuba VC-SS, con una óptica integral, descentralizada y participativa se procede a hacer una investigación del marco teórico relacionado con el Cuadro de Mando Integral y su influencia en la estrategia a nivel mundial y nacional, resultando interés de esta nvestigación la aplicación de este renovador modelo considerado un instrumento que por su validez se ha ganado su propio lugar dentro de las mejores técnicas y herramientas de la administración moderna, considerándose factible integrarlo al Sistema de Dirección de la Empresa, lo cual constituye el principal aporte del trabajo. En tal sentido se hizo necesario realizar una investigación de las características de la empresa y especialmente de sus mecanismos de dirección, a través de los métodos de encuestas, entrevistas y la implementación de un procedimiento para determinar los indicadores del Cuadro de Mando Integral que se define como completamente íntegro con la mplementación de un Sistema Automatizado para almacenar, informar y evaluar de forma rápida y con fluidez la información de los indicadores y el CMI en general. Este novedoso Sistema construido con avanza das herramientas informáticas que permiten al software lograr la seguridad, interactividad y dinamismo en el manejo requerido de los datos, ofrece a los cuadros optar por la tecnología de la automatización en aras de mejorar los procesos que dan vida a la Empresa y perfeccionar el estilo de trabajo y dirección en la UBAM de Geocuba Villa Clara – Sancti Spíritus, reflejándose la validez de la propuesta y su aplicación.
Starting off of problematic existing in the mpresa E Geocuba V illa Clara – Sancti Spíritus specifically in the Basic Unit of Aseguramiento Metrológico (UBAM) of not existing a tool to translate and to put in practice the strategy according to the present conditions of Geocuba Vc-ss, with an integral optics, decentralized and participativa it is come to make an investigation of theoretical frame related to the Integral Control panel and its influence in the strategy at world-wide and national level, being interest from this investigation the application of this renovador considered model or n instrument that by its validity has gained its own place within the best techniques and tools of the modern administration, considering itself feasible to integrate it to the System of Direction of the Company, which constitutes the main contribution of the work. In such sense an investigation of the s became necessary makes r specially characteristic of the company and of its s control mechanisms, through the methods of surveys, interviews and the implementation of a procedure to determine the indicators of the Integral Control panel that is defined completely as complete with the implementation of an Automated System storing, informing and to evalu ate of fast form and with fluidity the information of indicators and the CMI in general. This novel System constructed with outposts computer science tools that allow software to obtain the security, interactivity and dynamism in the required handling of the data, offers to the pictures to decide on the technology of the automatization for the sake of improving the processes that give life to the Company and perfecting the style of work and direction in the UBAM of Geocuba Villa Clara – Sancti Spíritus, being reflected the validity of the proposal and its application.
