Resumen
La competitividad del sector empresarial de una nación, descansa sobre sus
conocimientos y sus capacidades innovadoras y tecnológicas. De acuerdo con el
desarrollo de nuevos procedimientos en la gestión organizacional, las empresas han
decidido invertir en mejores recursos y optimizar los ya implementados mediante la
administración adecuada de factores internos en búsqueda de un elevado desempeño en el mercado. La Gestión Tecnológica e Innovación surge como una de las capacidades con las que puede contar la organización actual para administrar la tecnología que se implemente dentro de las diferentes áreas, posibilitando la combinación de las capacidades técnicas, financieras, comerciales y administrativas y permitiendo el lanzamiento al mercado de nuevos y mejorados productos o procesos. A partir de esto, el presente trabajo de diploma tiene como objetivo general: proponer una estrategia para el desarrollo de la actividad de Innovación Tecnológica en la Oficina de Información Turística de Villa Clara, tomando como punto de partida los resultados del desarrollo de un diagnóstico específico en correspondencia con las características de esta entidad. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se emplean varios métodos y técnicas entre los
que se encuentran el Análisis y Síntesis mediante el análisis comparativo y la revisión bibliográfica y el Inductivo-Deductivo para el diagnóstico de la actividad de Innovación Tecnológica en el objeto de estudio práctico. Además se emplean software como el Microsoft Visio para la presentación de gráficos, figuras, diagramas y el Statistic Packages Social Science en el procesamiento de encuestas.
At present, the competitiveness of the business sector of a nation rests on their knowledge and innovative and technological capabilities. According to the development of new processes in organizational management, the companies have decided to invest in better resources and optimize the ones they already possess, thru the proper management implemented by internal factors in search of a higher market performance. Technology and Innovation Management emerges as one of the capabilities that the current organization can expect to manage the technology implemented in different areas, allowing the combination of technical, financial, commercial and administrative capabilities and allowing the launch to market for new and improved products or processes. From this, the present investigation general propose aims to propose a strategy for the development of the activity of Technological Innovation in the Tourist Information Office of Villa Clara, taking as its starting point the results of the development of a specific diagnosis in correspondence with the characteristics of this entity. To fulfill this objective, various methods and techniques have been used, among which include the Analysis and Synthesis by comparative analysis and the literature review, along the Inductive-Deductive for the diagnostic of the Technological Innovation activity in the practical study subject. Also used as the Microsoft Visio software for presentation graphics, drawings, diagrams and Social Science Statistic Packages in processing surveys.
