Herramientas de Calidad para el Control de Proceso de Fabricación de Azúcar en la Empresa Azucarera “Ifraín Alfonso”

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Diploma se desarrolla en la Empresa Azucarera "Ifraín Alfonso" perteneciente al MINAZ en el municipio Ranchuelo de la provincia Villa Clara con el objetivo de establecer Herramientas de Calidad en su proceso productivo. Para el logro eficiente de este objetivo primeramente se realiza un análisis bibliográfico del tema, utilizando para ello la literatura actual existente y buscadores de Internet. Como segundo paso se desarrolla el Diagnóstico del Proceso objeto de estudio, para su realización se utilizó como principal herramienta el Diagrama de flujo del proceso y de cada uno de los puntos críticos encontrados. Empleando la información obtenida en el Diagnóstico, se procede a seleccionar y realizar una validación retrospectiva de las Herramientas de Calidad que se van a implantar en el proceso de producción del azúcar crudo, la Carta de Control de - R, el Histograma, y el Diagrama de Pareto.

The present Work of Diploma is developed in the Sugar Company "Ifraín Alfonso" belonging to the MINAZ in the municipality Ranchuelo of the county Villa Clara with the objective of establishing Tools of Quality in its productive process. For the efficient achievement of this objective firstly is carried out a bibliographical analysis of the topic, using for it the existent current literature and searchers of Internet. As second step the diagnosis of the process study object is developed, for its realization it was used as main tool the Diagram of flow of the process and of each one of the opposing critical points. Using the information obtained in the diagnosis, does you proceed to select and to carry out a retrospective validation of the Tools of Quality that you/they will implant in the process of production of the raw sugar, the Control Letter - R, the Histogram, and the Diagram of Pareto.
