| dc.description.abstract | El presente Trabajo de Diploma abarca un diagnóstico del Sistema de Organización, Planificación y Control de la Producción en la Empresa de Tabaco Torcido Villa Clara, que permite con su aplicación, obtener las deficiencias que presenta dicho Sistema. Para la realización de este diagnóstico, se utilizó un procedimiento que contiene diferentes indicadores que constituyen una valiosa herramienta de conocimiento, como son las principales exigencias técnico-organizativas y los Principios de la Organización de la Producción. A partir de estos aspectos, y utilizando Técnicas de Trabajo en Grupo, como el Método de Expertos, además del cálculo del nivel de Excelencia Organizativa Industrial, se pudo determinar los problemas que afectaban el Sistema de Organización, Planificación y Control de la Producción. Después de obtener las principales deficiencias al aplicar el procedimiento de diagnóstico en dicho Sistema y arribar a diferentes conclusiones, se plantean una serie de medidas y recomendaciones que le permitirán a la empresa alcanzar un aumento de la eficiencia a través de sus indicadores, así como un aumento en el aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral por los trabajadores que conllevará a elevar la productividad en la empresa. Una vez cumplido el objetivo central de este estudio, se encaminará a la empresa hacia el continuo perfeccionamiento y aumento de las producciones de tabaco con destino a la exportación. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present Work of Diploma embraces a diagnosis of the System of Organization, Planning and Control of the Production in the Company of Bent Tobacco Villa Clara that allows with its application, to obtain the deficiencies that it presents this System. For the realization of this diagnosis, a procedure was used that it contains different indicators that constitute a valuable tool of knowledge, like they are the main technicianorganizational demands and the Principles of the Organization of the Production. Starting from these aspects, and using Technical of Work in Group, as the Method of Experts, besides the calculation of the level of Industrial Organizational Excellency, you could determine the problems that affected the System of Organization, Planning and Control of the Production. After obtaining the main deficiencies when applying the diagnosis procedure in this System and to arrive to different conclusions, they think about a series of measures and recommendations that will allow to the company to reach an increase of the efficiency through their indicators, as well as an increase in the use of the labor day for the workers that it will bear to elevate the productivity in the company. Once compliment the central objective of this study, will head to the company toward the continuous improvement and increase of the productions of tobacco going to the export. | en_US |
