Resumen
El capital humano es el eslabón fundamental de toda organización ya sea de producción o de servicio, y por ende su relación con el trabajo y con los procesos que en la entidad se desarrollan influye en la productividad y competitividad de la misma. En correspondencia con lo anterior, la presente Tesis resume los resultados de una investigación que persigue como objetivo la aplicación de un procedimiento para la evaluación de la fiabilidad humana que posibilite la reducción de riesgos y accidentes ocasionados por el fallo humano, adaptado al contexto de las empresas de base tecnológica de producciones por proyecto tomando como objeto de estudio práctico la Empresa de Investigaciones y Proyectos Hidráulico de Villa Clara (EIPH VC). Con este fin se realizo una revisión bibliográfica abordando el tema del análisis de la confiabilidad humana. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se utilizó un procedimiento basado en una técnica de evaluación de la fiabilidad humana adaptado a las condiciones de la entidad objeto de estudio. Para la ejecución del procedimiento se utilizaron técnicas de análisis, métodos de expertos, árboles de eventos. Como principales resultados se logró obtener la etapa del proceso con mayor probabilidad de que se cometa el error humano y los elementos que están influyendo negativamente en la misma, además se diseño un grupo de estrategias para la mejora continua de la entidad.
The human capital is the fundamental link of all organization or of production or on watch, and therefore its relation with the work and the processes that in the organization are developed influences in the productivity and competitiveness of the same. In correspondence with the previous thing, the present Thesis summarizes the results of an investigation that persecutes like objective the application of a procedure for the evaluation of the human reliability that makes possible the reduction of risks and accidents caused by the human failure, adapted to the context of the basic companies technological of productions by project taking as object from practical study the Empresa de Investigaciones y Proyectos Hidráulico de Villa Clara (EIPH VC). To this end was realized an unite bibliographical revision approaching the subject of the analysis of the human trustworthiness. For the development of the work was used a procedure based on a technique of evaluation of the human reliability adapted to the conditions of the study object organization. For the execution of the procedure were used analysis techniques , methods of experts, trees of events. As main results were managed to obtain the stage of the process with greater probability of commits the human error and the elements that are influencing negatively in the same, in addition design a group to strategies for the continuous improvement of the organization.
