Resumen
El departamento de Regiduría de Pisos, es un área clave para el funcionamiento de las instalaciones de alojamiento que responden a la modalidad de hoteles de tránsito. En la actualidad, ha surgido la necesidad de optimizar la gestión de esta área, así como de encontrar soluciones a los problemas que se presentan frecuentemente en su organización integral, siendo este el problema de investigación abordado en el presente Trabajo de Diploma, que tiene como objetivo aplicar el procedimiento para el Estudio Organizativo Integral del área de Regiduría de Pisos en el hotel Villa La Granjita. Luego de realizado el análisis de la bibliografía disponible se escogió el Estudio Organizativo Integral del área de Alojamiento en hoteles pequeños, un procedimiento desarrollado por los profesores del CETUR-UCLV. Como principal resultado se pudo constatar que la aplicación de este estudio contribuye a mejorar en la gestión, organización y funcionamiento del área, lo que manifiesta mediante el cumplimiento con eficiencia y eficacia de los objetivos de trabajo y el aumento de la satisfacción tanto del cliente interno como externo. Para la ejecución de este procedimiento se utilizaron métodos y técnicas tales como la observación directa, análisis de datos e informes y la entrevista. Se usaron también herramientas de la informática como el Excel para procesar la información recopilada.
Regiduría's department, it is a key area for the functioning of the facilities of accommodation that answers to the modality of hotels of traffic. Nowadays, there has arisen the need to optimize the management of this area, as well as of finding solutions to the problems that appear frequently in its integral organization, which is the subject of the research in this work of diploma, which aims at applying the procedure for the Organizational Integral Study of Regiduría's area in the hotel Villa La Granjita. After having the analysis of the available bibliography the procedure for the Organizational Integral Study of the area of Housing in small hotels was selected, elaborated by the teachers of the CETUR-UCLV, for being the one that best adapted to the characteristics of the object of practical study. The application of this procedure yielded the organizational diagnosis of the area as well as the design the System of Organization and Management of Regiduría's area of the hotel Villa La Granjita, which were the main results helping to improve the management, organization and functioning, It is demostrated by means of the fulfillment whith efficiency of the aims, procedures and the clients´ satisfaction increase. For the practical application of this procedure, were used methods and techniques such as: direct observation, analysis of information and reports, experts' judgment and the interview. Tools of the computer science were used in addition as well as Excel to compiled information.
