Formación y desarrollo de habilidades informáticas en los ingenieros industriales a partir del software ERP

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma tiene la finalidad de contribuir a formar y desarrollar habilidades informáticas con los sistemas ERP en los ingenieros industriales, específicamente en la disciplina de Gestión de Recursos Humanos (GRH). Para ello se realizó un análisis de los softwares ERP resultando el sistema Odoo como herramienta tecnológica a utilizar. La investigación de la bibliografía consultada para el desarrollo de casos de estudio permitió la creación de una metodología ajustada a la actividad docente de la disciplina. Mediante la misma se diseñó un caso de estudio compuesto por cinco interrogantes a las cuales se le dieron respuesta en forma de manual de usuario, quedando reflejada la integración de los conocimientos informáticos y de Recursos Humanos (RRHH).

The present diploma thesis has the purpose of contributing to train and develop computer skills with ERP systems in industrial engineers, specifically in the discipline of Human Resources Management (HRM). For this, an analysis of ERP software was performed, resulting in the Odoo system as a technological tool to be used. The research of the bibliography consulted for the development of case studies allowed the creation of a methodology adjusted to the teaching activity of the discipline. Through it, a case study that has five questions the same answered in the form of a user manual, reflecting the integration of computer and Human Resources (HR) knowledge.
