Proyecto operativo de animación turística para el Complejo Remedios

Abstract

El turismo se ha convertido en una actividad económica importante que en su desarrollo hace de los destinos turísticos de ciudad una opción alternativa para mostrar la cultura, la historia y las tradiciones. Esta posición local se conjuga con la tendencia de los turistas donde la experiencia y la vivencia del lugar que se visita le hacen reconocer mayor valor a su viaje. En este escenario se identifica la animación turística como una de las vías que puede integrar ambos intereses, combinando, la necesidad de recreación, con el estándar de servicio y los valores de estos inmuebles y del entorno. En el Complejo Remedios no se concibe a la animación como producto y existe una insuficiente gestión de esta actividad. Por tanto, es objetivo de esta investigación elaborar un Proyecto Operativo de Animación como herramienta capaz de contribuir al mejoramiento de la gestión de la animación turística en la entidad. Como parte de la investigación se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema y un diagnóstico de la situación actual del área. Fueron empleados métodos y técnicas como: el análisis documental, la entrevista y la matriz DAFO para la recopilación y análisis de información. Los resultados obtenidos se centran en el diseño de un Proyecto Operativo de Animación para el Complejo cuya implementación reconozca la animación como producto así como un inventario de los recursos del entorno con valor para la animación

Tourism has become an important economic activity that in its development makes the city's tourist destinations an alternative option to show culture, history and traditions. This local position is combined with the trend of tourists where the experience and experience of the place you visit make you recognize greater value to your trip. In this scenario tourism animation is identified as one of the ways that both interests can integrate, combining the need for recreation with the service standard and the values of these properties and the environment. In the Remedios Complex, animation is not conceived as a product and there is insufficient management of this activity. Therefore, it is the objective of this research to develop an Animation Operational Project as a tool capable of contributing to the improvement of the management of tourism animation in the state. As part of the research, a bibliographic review was made on the subject and a diagnosis of the current situation of the area. Methods and techniques were used such as: documentary analysis, interview and the SWOT matrix for the collection and analysis of information. The results obtained are focused on the design of an Animation Operational Project for the Complex whose implementation recognizes the animation as a product as well as an inventory of the resources of the environment with value for the animation
