Resumen
La formación básica del Ingeniero Agrónomo está integrada por sistemas de conocimientos, hábitos, habilidades y modos de actuación en correspondencia con los avances científicos tecnológicos relacionados con el sector agropecuario. Este profesional debe estar preparado para realizar la función de manejar los organismos nocivos y beneficiosos en los agroecosistemas, de forma tal que se contribuya a mantener el equilibrio para preservar el medio ambiente, para ello debe desarrollar un sistema de habilidades profesionales que en el saber hacer lo preparen con este fin. Este tipo de habilidades determina el perfil del egresado, permiten el desarrollo de la actividad profesional con un alto grado de destreza, tienen como base las habilidades que tributan cada una de las disciplinas y son necesarias adquirirlas para un desempeño eficiente en su profesión. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer desde el trabajo metodológico recomendaciones para perfeccionar el desarrollo de habilidades profesionales desde la disciplina Sanidad Vegetal para la formación del Ingeniero Agrónomo. Las recomendaciones fueron puestas en práctica para perfeccionar la disciplina y se tuvieron en cuenta en la elaboración del actual Plan de Estudio “E”: Además, a partir de estos resultados se elaboraron dos asignaturas optativas que actualmente se imparten en el cuarto año de la carrera.
The training of the Agronomist Engineer is integrated by systems of knowledge, habits, abilities and modes of action in correspondence with the technological scientific advances related to the agricultural sector. This professional must be prepared to perform the function of managing the harmful and beneficial organisms in the agroecosystems, in such a way, that it contributes to maintain the balance to preserve the environment. The Agronomist Engineer must develop a system of professional skills that in the know-how prepare him for this purpose. This type of skills determines the profile of the graduate, allow the development of professional activity with a high degree of skill, it is based on the skills that tax each one of the disciplines, and is necessary to acquire them for efficient performance in their profession. The objective of this paper is to propose, from the methodological work, recommendations for improving the development of professional skills from the Plant Sanity discipline for the training of the Agronomist Engineer. The recommendations has been into practice to improve the discipline and has been into consideration in the preparation of the current "E" Study Plan: In addition, from these results two optional subjects were developed that are currently taught in the fourth year of the career.
