dc.description.abstractEl eclético es uno de los estilos más frecuentes dentro del repertorio arquitectónico cubano, por tanto, una manera de encaminar esfuerzos para su preservación consiste en caracterizar la decoración interior del tema doméstico de este estilo, específicamente en lo referente a la planimetría, división sala-saleta y cubiertas. En el desarrollo del trabajo se caracteriza la vivienda doméstica de medianos ingresos en el centro de Santa Clara. Se analizan los aspectos mencionados para conocer sus características, y ampliar las escasas referencias que existe en este campo. Se evidencian las transformaciones que existen condicionadas por factores económicos y sociales, que suceden a la par de este estilo arquitectónico en la ciudad, reflejando cómo evoluciona la vivienda en cuanto a su decoración interior. Para el inicio del trabajo se parte de la historia en este período, para conocer las condiciones en que se desarrolla. Por otra parte, se definen y caracterizan las tres variantes encontradas. dc.description.abstractThe eclectic is one of the most frequent styles within the Cuban architectural repertoire, therefore, one way to direct efforts for its preservation is to characterize the interior decoration of the domestic theme of this style, specifically in relation to the planimetry, division parlor-room and covers. In the development of the work, the medium-income household is characterized in the center of Santa Clara. The mentioned aspects are analyzed to know their characteristics, and to expand the scarce references that exist in this field. The transformations that exist conditioned by economic and social factors are evident, which happen along with this architectural style in the city, reflecting how the house evolves in terms of its interior decoration. For the beginning of the work part of the history in this period, to know the conditions in which it develops. On the other hand, the three variants found are defined and characterized.
