Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo se desarrolla en la Empresa Cárnica de Villa Clara (ECVC),
perteneciente al Ministerio de la Industria Alimentaria (MINAL) con el objetivo de diseñar
perfiles de competencia para cargos y puestos.
En este sentido se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la Gestión de Recursos
Humanos (GRH) como punto de inicio de la investigación, para detectar los problemas
existentes y diseñar los perfiles de competencias a través de la metodología que se muestra
en el Procedimiento que se propone.
Entre las principales técnicas y métodos utilizados se encuentran los siguientes: el análisis
documental, la observación directa, las entrevistas individuales, las encuestas a directivos y
empleados, los cuales se mostraron cooperativos y comprometidos con el estudio.
The investigative work is developed in the ECVC, belonging to the MINAL with the objective of design competences profiles for positions and work positions. In this sense, was carried out a diagnostic of the current situation of the administration of human resources like starting point to detect the necessity to carry out an analysis study and description of work positions, like base to elaborate the profiles of competences. Among the main techniques and methods used for the investigation was the documental analysis: the direct observation, and the individual interviews, the surveys to directive and employees, which showed their efficiency in this study type. As a result of the investigation the profile of the on was elaborated, which constitutes a qualitative advanced related with its predecessors, the profesiogramas, because they overcome the inadequacies attributed to these and the qualities that it demands the growing competition generated by the massive development.
