Abstract
Es de esperar que relacionado con la educación superior en Cuba, se originen un grupo de necesarias transformaciones que le posibilitará enfrentar de manera exitosa, las nuevas misiones y retos que impondrá el desarrollo del país. Los profesionales a formar, vivirán la época de la llamada cultura del aprendizaje, se deberán insertar en un mundo con altos índices de información y conocimientos.
En este sentido el proceso docente educativo deberá ser desarrollado sobre bases científicas y ser concebido, con enfoque sistémico, todos los aspectos que permitan organizar, planificar, ejecutar y controlar dicho proceso.
La investigación propuesta resulta de particular importancia para los estudiantes de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en la modalidad semipresencial, pues se pretende sistematizar los procesos de perfeccionamiento de manera que contribuyan al desarrollo de competencias profesionales desde el currículo a través del proceso docente educativo en la Disciplina Principal Integradora de la carrera, para lo cual se realiza la clasificación de las competencias y la propuesta de ellas.

It is of waiting that related with the superior education in Cuba; originate a group of necessary transformations that will facilitate him to face of successful way, the new missions and challenges that it will impose the development of the country. The professionals to form, will live the time of the call culture of the learning, they will be inserted in a world with high indexes of information and knowledge. In this sense the educational process will be developed on scientific bases and to be conceived, with systemic focus, all the aspects that allow to organize, to plan, to execute and to control this process. The proposed investigation is of particular importance for the students of the career of Industrial Engineering in the modality semipresencial, because it is sought to systematize the processes of improvement so that they contribute to the development of professional competitions from the curriculum through the educational process in the Integrative Main Discipline of the career, for that which is carried out the classification of the competitions and the proposal of them.
