| dc.description.abstract | Desde la perspectiva que puede conllevar la realización de un proyecto es de vital importancia el esfuerzo que requiere lograr una solución funcional limpia y adecuada a las exigencias económicas actuales de nuestra sociedad y un aspecto estético único y agradable, capaz de sobrecumplir con las expectativas propias, lo que implica una serie de dificultades hablándose de una edificación existente, con varios años de explotación, con valores arquitectónicos y que por ende lleva a cabo una remodelación. Los principales conflictos suelen ser asociados al deterioro de sus elementos principalmente los estructurales, pero no es el caso; se trata de una edificación de la década de los 50 y con inmejorable sistema estructural conocido como el antiguo hotel ¨Bahía¨ y del cual mediante el presente trabajo se pretende realizar un proyecto de ideas conceptuales para la rehabilitación del mismo, que se encuentra ubicado en el inicio del Malecón cienfueguero y con inmejorable posición paisajística hacia la bahía y en el eje delimitante del Centro Histórico declarado Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad en Julio del 2005 y la zona de protección del mismo, ocupado hoy por las oficinas del Centro Provincial de Higiene e Epidemiología con dirección Calle 37 y ave. 40. Mediante este detallado estudio se propone otorgar a la Ciudad de Cienfuegos las bases para otro Hotel de Ciudad con categoría 4 estrellas para el alojamiento de turistas a partir de la remodelación de este edificio patrimonial. Para desempeñar este objetivo se ejecutaron una serie de análisis minuciosos del inmueble, así como el estudio en profundidad de las regulaciones y normas actuales en relación a este tema, realizando consigo la elaboración de un programa para la materialización de las ideas conceptuales y sus bases de diseño. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the realization of a project, it is very important the effort that requires to achieve a functional fear and appropriate solution which must be related to the economic requirements of our society nowadays, and also with an aesthetic, pleasant and unique aspect capable of fulfill with their own expectations that implies a series of difficulties, taking into account that we are referring to a building which was built by the 50´s with several years of utilization, with architectural values that accomplishes a restoration The principal problems are associated to the deterioration of its elements principally the structural ones, but it is not the case ; It deals with an edification of the 50´s with an unsurpassable structural system known as the ancient hotel ´ Bahía ,´ to the such, and by means of this work we try to do a project of conceptual ideas for the rehabilitation of it. This building is located at the beginning of Cienfuegos jetty having a very nice landscape to the bay, delimiting with the Historic Center declared Cultural Heritage of the World in July, 2005 and the protective zone. In this area we can find today the offices of the Provincial Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology, address, 37 Street and 40 Avenue. By means of this detailed study it is proposed from granting Cienfuegos’s City the basis for another Hostal Encanto with category 4 stars for tourists lodging as from the restoration of this patrimonial building. In order to perform this objective a meticulous series of analysis of the real situation, as well as a deep study of regulations and present-day standards in relation to this topic were done, accomplishing the elaboration of a program for the materialization of conceptual ideas and its designing basis | en_US |
