In today’s global business environment, it is essential to learn how to navigate across different cultural contexts. It is necessary to understand how different cultures communicate. All of that needs to be done to transform education for humanity through intercultural communication. This essay’s goal is to reflect on how important is to include intercultural communication in our English language lessons, and help our students to explore their own culture and to understand that “Not two people are exactly the same, but we all have a lot in common” and we should not only respect those differences but to understand them.
