The present work was carried out in the Universal Products Services and Marked Company of Villa Clara. Due to the presence of several problems in the chains associated with this entity, this work is intended to evaluate the performance of their supply chains, specifically the construction materials chain. To complete this, the procedure proposed by Vinajera Zamora (2017) is partially applied, which proposes an indicator to evaluate the performance of Cuban supply chains, based on five criteria. The criteria analyzed: the level of customer service, profitability, eco-efficiency, added value and productivity, have a behavior, according to the scale proposed by the author of the procedure, of bad, regular, nothing eco-efficient, good and good respectively. This implies that the indicator has a regular evaluation, where at least three criteria must be improved. The level of customer service and eco efficiency are highlighted as those with the greatest deficiencies. From this, an action plan is implemented in order to solve the problem that most negatively influences the company, which, according to experts, is the level of customer service; and this is evidenced by the breach of delivery deadlines agreed in the established contracts.
