Resumen
Esta investigación se realizó en el BAR Yarini del municipio de Santa Clara, el cual se dedica a la comercialización de distintos tipos de bebidas y coctelería, así como alimentos ligeros. A este negocio por cuenta propia, objeto de estudio del presente trabajo, se le aplicó un plan de negocios con el objetivo de esclarecer y reestructurar su funcionamiento. La estructura realizada por los autores Vinaixa y Bieto fue seleccionada como base para desarrollar el plan de negocio dada su flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a diferentes tipos de organizaciones, permitiendo un análisis a profundidad de los elementos más importantes del negocio. Como principal resultado se obtuvieron las estrategias de crecimiento y un plan de acción para resolver las debilidades existentes además de analizar las situaciones de riesgo y para lograr que los resultados de la organización sean óptimos, los cuales favorecen el desarrollo de los procesos en el objeto de estudio práctico.
This research was carried out in the BAR Yarini of the municipality of Santa Clara, which is dedicated to the commercialization of different types of drinks and cocktails, as well as light foods. To this business on its own, object of study of the present work, a business plan was applied with the objective of clarifying and restructuring its operation. The structure made by the authors Vinaixa and Bieto was selected as the basis for developing the business plan given its flexibility and adaptability to different types of organizations, allowing an in-depth analysis of the most important business elements. As a main result, growth strategies and an action plan were obtained to resolve the existing weaknesses, in addition to analyzing the risk situations and to ensure that the results of the organization are optimal, which favor the development of the processes in the object of practical study.
