| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo de diploma se realiza un diagnóstico y se proponen mejoras que contribuyen al desempeño del proceso de distribución en la UEB del Centro “José Luis Chaviano” de Villa Clara. Para ello, se definió un procedimiento que se adaptará a las características concretas de la entidad objeto de estudio. La investigación se origina por los incumplimientos de los pedidos en cuanto a cantidad y tiempo provocando insatisfacciones en los clientes. Entre las principales herramientas utilizadas en el marco de esta investigación están: el método de expertos, trabajo en grupo, el método ANP de Saaty, tormenta de ideas. Este trabajo, conllevó a la obtención de los principales resultados de esta investigación: el procedimiento de diagnóstico y/o mejoramiento para la UEB, el Índice General de Distribución (IGD), los principales problemas que afectan la situación actual y planes de desarrollo que contribuirán a la eliminación de las causas de los problemas detectados. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present diploma work a diagnosis is made and improvements set out that contribute to the performance of the process of distribution in the UEB of the Center "Jose Luis Chaviano" of Villa Clara. For it, a procedure was defined that will adapt to the concrete characteristics of the organization study object. The investigation originates by the breaches of the orders as far as amount and time causing dissatisfactions in the clients. Between the main tools used within the framework of this investigation they are: the method of experts, work in group, method ANP of Saaty. All this work, entailed to the obtaining of the main results of this investigation: the procedure of diagnosis and/or improvement for the UEB, the General Index of Distribution (IGD), the main problems that affect the present situation and plans of development that will contribute to the elimination of the causes of the detected problems. | en_US |
