dc.description.abstractCon el redimensionamiento del sector empresarial en Cuba, la cadena de tiendas TRD Caribe asume la gestión de “Tiendas Gaviota” perteneciente al Grupo de Administración Empresarial (GAE). Surgen así los Complejos Comerciales Especiales (CCE) que agrupan las tiendas hoteleras y extrahoteleras. En el CCE Centro ubicado en el destino “Cayos de Villa Clara” coexisten varios sistemas de gestión (gestión de la calidad, seguridad y salud del trabajo, control interno y medio ambiente), que poseen la documentación correspondiente a cada uno de ellos. De esta situación se deriva la existencia de duplicidad de actividades, falta de integración en las soluciones para resolver los problemas, entre otras deficiencias, que dificultan el proceso de toma de decisiones y afectan el enfoque de sistema de la organización. La ausencia de una concepción documental que posibilite la aplicación de un sistema integrado de gestión en el CCE Centro de la División Centro TRD Caribe, en correspondencia con los sistemas de gestión ya implementados constituye el problema a resolver. Para dar solución a esta problemática se plantea como objetivo general: diseñar el Manual para el Sistema Integrado de Gestión del CCE Centro de la División Centro TRD Caribe, el cual constituya el documento básico de referencia del Sistema. Entre los métodos de investigación utilizados se encuentran: análisis-síntesis, revisión documental, la observación, el trabajo en equipo con el personal involucrado en el proceso de toma de decisiones a diferentes niveles, utilización de lista chequeo a partir de los requisitos de las NC ISO 9000, entre otros.en_US
dc.description.abstractAlong with the new dimensions of the enterprise sector in Cuba, the management of “Tiendas Gaviota” belonging to the Grupo de Administración Empresarial (GAE) is assumed by the store chain TRD Caribe. Thereafter, the Complejos Comerciales Especiales are created, grouping the hotelier and non-hotelier stores that offer the service to the international client. At the Complejo Comercial Especial Centro (CCE Centro) located in the destination “Cayos de Villa Clara” coexist various management systems such as: the quality, safety and health of work management, internal control management and the environmental one, all of which have their corresponding documentation. From this situation, some deficiencies are derived like the duplicity of activities, the lack of integration in solving the problems, among others that hinder the taking decision process and affect the organization´s system approach. The absence of a documentary conception that makes possible the implementation of an integral management system at CCE Centro de la División Centro TRD Caribe, corresponding to the management systems already implemented, constitutes the problem to be solved. To solve this problem the general objective is stated: to design a Manual for the Integral Management System of the CCE Centro de la División Centro TRD Caribe, which constitutes the System´s reference basic document. Different research methods are used: the analytical-synthetic, documentary checking, team work with the personnel involved with the taking decision process at different levels, a check list through the requirements of NC ISO 9000, among others.en_US
