Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo la aplicación de un procedimiento que permita la selección de los mejores proveedores de los servicios de mantenimiento para equipos de clima, basado en los Factores Críticos de Éxito de esta función, en el hotel ”Memories Trinidad del Mar”, o sea, seleccionar aquellas empresas proveedoras más alineadas con las estrategias cooperativas y de mantenimiento de la entidad. A partir de una revisión bibliográfica son creadas las bases conceptuales sobre las que se sustenta la misma y fue seleccionado dentro de varios procedimientos para la selección de proveedores de mantenimiento el propuesto por Alfonso Llanes (2009). La aplicación práctica del mismo mostró su viabilidad al dotar a la empresa contratista de una herramienta que le permite utilizar las fuentes de información recomendables para la ubicación de los proveedores potenciales, identificar los principales criterios de selección, métodos e índices cuantitativos a utilizar en el proceso, así como establecer un proceso de negociación con las probables oportunidades de suministro de servicios de mantenimiento existentes en el mercado.
The objective of this research is to apply a procedure that allows the selection of the best suppliers of maintenance services for climate equipment, based on the Critical Success factors of this function, in the hotel “ Memories Trinidad del Mar” , that is, selecting those suppliers that are most aligned with the corporate and maintenance strategies of the entity. Based on a bibliographic review, the conceptual bases on which it is based are created and selected in several procedures for the selection of maintenance provider proposed by Alfonso Llanes (2009). The practical application of the same proved its viability by providing the contractor with a tool that allows you to use the recommended information sources for the location of potential suppliers, identity the main selection criteria, methods and qualitative indices to de used in the process, as well as establish a negotiation process with the probable opportunities for the supply of maintenance services existing in the market.
