Resumen
La investigación se corresponde con una de las problemáticas del área de soldadura en la Facultad de Ingeniería Mecánica, de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas y se corresponde con el tratamiento que se le da a los defectos o fallas que se detectan en las calderas de vapor.
El estudio realizado que derivó en las distintas etapas de la ingeniería de conocimiento, permitió verificar como principal carencia el desconocimiento de los técnicos con relación a las tensiones, que producto a la presión y la temperatura de trabajo se originan en los elementos de la caldera, por no conocer las causas que provocan modificaciones y cambios en las características estructurales y propiedades mecánicas iníciales de los componentes.
Se diseña e implementa un sistema experto para el diagnóstico de fallas en calderas de vapor acuotubulares, completándose la ingeniería del conocimiento para los elementos domos y cabezales. Los prototipos de estas bases de conocimiento se construyeron utilizando UCSHELL 2.1.
This investigation is corresponded with one of the problems of the soldering areain the Mechanical Engineering in Central University of Las Villas and it is in correspondence with the treatment given to the defects or faults detected in the steam boilers. The study done in different stage of the engineering of knowledge permitted to verify as the principal problem the lack of knowledge of the techniques in relations with the tensions, that due to the pressure and the temperature are originated in the elements of the steam boiler and the unknown causes that provoke modifications and changes in the structural characteristics and mechanical initial properties of the components. An experts system is designed and for the diagnosis of faults in the aqueosestube-shaped steam boilers, completing the engineering of knowledge for the elements domes and bolsters. The prototypes of these bases of knowledge are made using UCShell 2.1.
