Resumen
La integración entre los distintos sistemas de una empresa constituye uno de los elementos a considerar para alcanzar el éxito empresarial. En este contexto se inserta la problemática de la integración producción – mantenimiento, que, a pesar de su reconocida importancia, en la práctica empresarial se evidencia una notable brecha entre los procesos de toma de decisiones que tienen lugar en dichos subsistemas, lo que ocasiona resultados desfavorables dentro de las organizaciones. Para solucionar los problemas que acarrean las insuficiencias planteadas, en el desarrollo de la presente investigación se propone un sistema de gestión integrado producción – mantenimiento que sintetiza los elementos fundamentales para lograr la coordinación requerida entre ambos subsistemas, así como se analizan parte de los aspectos teórico - metodológicos relacionados con el sistema propuesto, tomando como objeto de estudio práctico la subdivisión Maquinarias Pesadas, perteneciente a la empresa Planta Mecánica. Los principales resultados obtenidos están dados primeramente por la propuesta de como debe fluir la información entre de los subsistemas a integrar para que cada uno contribuya al logro de los objetivos del otro, además de que esta investigación se sientan las bases en la empresa objeto de estudio, para la continuación del despliegue de los elementos del sistema integrado y se abre el camino hacia la aplicación de métodos que contribuyan a la integración. Siendo el aporte fundamental de esta investigación la elaboración de un sistema de gestión integrado producción – mantenimiento y la propuesta de un procedimiento para el despliegue de sus elementos.
The integration between the various systems of a company is one of the elements to be considered to achieve business success. In this context the problem of integrating production is inserted - maintenance, which, despite its recognized importance, in business practice evidence a remarkable gap between the decision-making processes that take place in these subsystems, which brings the results unfavorable within organizations. Maintenance summarizes the key elements required to achieve coordination between the two subsystems and analyzes of the theoretical aspects - to solve the problems caused shortcomings raised in the development of this investigation integrated management system is proposed production - Methodological related to the proposed system, taking as case study the subject of Heavy Machinery, belonging to the company Mechanical Plant subdivision. The main results are first given by the proposal as the information between subsystems integrate to flow for everyone to contribute to achieving the objectives of the other, in addition to this research lays the groundwork for the company under study for the continued deployment of the elements of the integrated system and the path to the application of methods that contribute to integration opens. As the main contribution of this research the development of a system of integrated production management - maintenance and proposed a method for the deployment of its elements.
