Resumen
La tendencia al incremento de la competitividad y la exigencia de los clientes en la
actividad turística internacional, demanda la incorporación al sector de profesionales cada vez más preparados, capaces de generar niveles superiores
de calidad, estandarización y personalización de los servicios. La Agencia de Viajes Gaviota Tours Centro cuenta con un excelente colectivo de guías de turismo para conducir sus excursiones, no obstante, carece de guiones turísticos con organización y estructura adecuadas, que excluyen además, el uso de las técnicas operativas de guiaje y de interpretación patrimonial. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar un guión metodológico para la excursión “Dos Ciudades Coloniales”, como útil herramienta de preparación para los guías que la conducen, estableciendo acciones de guiaje debidamente organizadas, que contribuyan a enriquecer las experiencias turísticas del cliente, a partir de la puesta en valor de los atractivos y recursos patrimoniales que aparecen en este recorrido.

Gaviota Tours Centro Travel Agency has an excellent group of tourist guides to guide its excursions, but it lacks of tourist scripts with the appropriate organization and structure, which exclude, also, the employment of operational guiding techniques and heritage interpretation techniques. The present research has as objective to design a methodological tourist script for “Two Colonial Cities” excursion, as useful training tool for the tourist guides who leads it, establishing properly guiding actions that contribute to enrich the client’s tourist experiences by mean of the valuation of the heritage resources and attractions that appear in the route.
