Propuesta de selección del tipo de Mantenimiento a aplicar en los equipos de la UEB Combinado Cubanacan.

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Diploma muestra un estudio realizado sobre la selección del tipo de mantenimiento a efectuar en la UEB Combinado Cubanacan, perteneciente al municipio de Camajuani, en la misma se efectúa un análisis de los resultados de diferentes técnicas ingenieriles que permiten conocer el estado actual del equipamiento de la unidad, propone además la aplicación del método de Espinoza Martínez, 2010 en el cuál, se tienen en cuenta diferentes indicadores que constituyen las variables esenciales del procedimiento como son: seguridad, calidad, utilidad, afectaciones, consumo de energía eléctrica, frecuencia y tiempo de reparación, que permitirán determinar la mejor alternativa de mantenimiento para los equipos productivos más significativos de la unidad, logrando de este modo la máxima disponibilidad de su equipamiento en función del contexto operacional en que se desempeñen. La tesis posee además una revisión bibliográfica conformada con los temas más actuales de mantenimiento, así como las diversas metodologías relacionadas con el análisis de la criticidad del equipamiento y la selección del sistema de mantenimiento más apropiado que se ha de aplicar a los sistemas de producción de una organización, siendo lo anterior un elemento de vital importancia en el comportamiento de los indicadores de la entidad, que permiten garantizar el incremento de la calidad y la eficiencia de las producciones.

The present Works Diploma it shows a realized study on the selection of the maintenance type to apply in the Combined UEB Cubanacan, belonging to the municipality of Camajuani, in the same one an analysis of the results of different technical engineering is made that allow to know the current state of the equipment of the unit, it also proposes the application of the method of Espinoza Martinez, 2010 in the which they are kept in mind different indicators, that constitute the essential variables of the procedure like they are: security, quality, utility, affectations, electric energy consumption, frequency and time of repair that it will allow to determine the best maintenance alternative for the most significant productive teams in the unit, achieving the maximum readiness of their equipment this way in function of the operational context in that you/they act. The thesis also possesses a bibliographical revision conformed with the most current topics in maintenance, as well as the diverse methodologies related with the analysis of the equipment and the selection of the system of more appropriate maintenance that you must apply to the systems of production of an organization, being the above-mentioned an element of vital importance in the behavior of the indicators of the entity that you/they allow to guarantee the increment of the quality and the efficiency of the productions.
