Resumen
El siguiente trabajo se basa en la problemática de la no existencia de una estrategia
definida en la Empresa de Construcciones y Obras de Arquitectura No 1 de Villa Clara,
para el desarrollo de la actividad de compras, en la cual se elabora una estrategia
general, que se aplica a la empresa objeto de estudio con el propósito del
mejoramiento de la organización de la actividad. La misma comprende la aplicación de
siete pasos fundamentales, comenzando con la caracterización de la empresa, análisis
estratégico de la organización, análisis estratégico de la actividad de compras,
estrategia de compras, implementación de la estrategia, seguimiento de las acciones y
control de indicadores, para finalmente tratar sobre el ajuste de los objetivos y acciones
correctivas. El trabajo se estructura en tres capítulos fundamentales, un capítulo
dedicado a la fundamentación teórica de los diferentes conceptos y tendencias
relacionadas con la temática, un capítulo II que trata sobre los diferentes
procedimientos para la elaboración de la estrategia de compras y un capítulo III que
trata sobre el diseño de los procedimientos a la empresa en cuestión.
The following work is based in the problematic thing of the not existence of a defined strategy in the undertaking of constructions and work of architecture No.1 off Villa Clara, for the development of the activity of purchases, in the who elaborates to him a general strategy, that it is applied to the undertaking object of study with the purpose of the improvement of the organization of the activity.The same understands the application of seven fundamental steps, beginning with the characterization of the undertaking, strategic analysis of the organization, strategic analysis of the activity of purchases, purchase strategy, implementation| of the strategy, follow-up of the actions and control of indicators, to finally treating on the fit of the objectives and drive corrective.The work is constructed in three fundamental chapters, a dedicated chapter to the theoretical fundamentation| of the different concepts and related tendencies with the themes, a chapter II it treats on the different procedures for the manufacture of the strategy of purchases and a chapter III it treats on the design of the procedures to the undertaking under discussion.
