Metodología de formulación estratégica para el perfeccionamiento de la gestión empresarial en organizaciones cubanas

Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el diseño de una metodología que se ajusta a las particularidades de las organizaciones cubanas y se alinea con las consultorías que viene haciendo el Centro de Estudios de Dirección Empresarial, el cual se validó en trabajos de procesos estratégicos realizados en empresas como: Grupo Empresarial y Artesanía VICLAR, Empresa de Carpintería de Aluminio de Villa Clara, Villalco, Empresa Comercializadora y de Servicios de Productos Universal ,Labiofam Villa Clara , Empresa Provincial de Transporte de Villa Clara y en la Unión Nacional de Arquitectos e Ingenieros de la Construcción de Cuba en Villa Clara. Como principal resultado, se construyó una metodología a seguir para el desarrollo de estos procesos en las empresas haciendo énfasis en el Diagnóstico Estratégico, el cual constituye la principal característica diferenciadora de cualquier otra investigación por el número de herramientas que son aplicadas; estando entre las más importantes: la matriz DAFO, el análisis del Ajuste Organización-Entorno, enfoque tridimensional de Abell, esquema VRIO y Matriz ERIC. Con la aplicación de estas herramientas las empresas cubanas lograran conocer no solo sus fortalezas y debilidades sino también el papel que estas juegan en el entorno y con vistas a un mercado internacional con futuras exportaciones.
The objective of this work was to design a methodology that is adapted to the particularities of Cuban organizations and is aligned with the consultancies that the Center of Studies of Business Management has been doing, which was validated in works of strategic processes carried out in companies as: VICLAR Business and Handicraft Group, Aluminum Carpentry Company of Villa Clara, Villalco, Universal Products Services and Marketing Company, Labiofam Villa Clara, Provincial Transport Company of Villa Clara and the National Union of Architects and Engineers of the Construction of Cuba in Villa Clara. As a main result, a methodology to be followed was developed for the development of these processes in companies, emphasizing the Strategic Diagnosis which constitutes the main differentiating characteristic of any other research, by the number of tools that are applied, being among the most important: the SWOT matrix, the Organization-Environment Adjustment analysis, Abell's three-dimensional approach, VRIO scheme and ERIC matrix. With the application of these tools, Cuban companies will get to know not only their strengths and weaknesses but also the role they play in the environment and with a view to an international market with future exports.
