Resumen
La presente investigación fue realizada en la Empresa de Recuperación de Materias Primas de la Provincia Villa Clara (ERMPVC), entidad encargada de recuperar los desechos reciclables provenientes de los sectores de la economía y la población para su reutilización en diversos procesos productivos e industriales. Sus producciones dependen en gran medida de una eficiente logística de almacenamiento en cada uno de sus almacenes, tanto de materias primas, como los encargados del abastecimiento técnico material a las mismas. Es por ello que en este estudio se propone diseñar un procedimiento científicamente argumentado que permita diagnosticar y mejorar la gestión de almacenamiento de esta entidad. Para ello se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre los aspectos relacionados con este tema, proponiéndose el mencionado procedimiento y finalmente aplicándolo al Almacén de Piezas de Repuesto y Herramientas de la empresa para validar si efectividad. Por último se realizó una propuesta de solución a los problemas detectados. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo investigativo y el logro de los objetivos propuestos, se emplearon las técnicas de análisis y recopilación de datos, entrevistas, etc., cada una de ellas fue utilizada indistintamente en una u otra etapa de la investigación hasta llegar al objetivo final que propició la realización de la misma.
The present investigation was carried out in the Company “Recuperación de Materias Primas Villa Clara (ERMPVC), in charge entity of recovering the recyclable waste coming from the sectors of the economy and the population for its reutilización in diverse productive and industrial processes. Their productions depend in great measure of an efficient storage logistics in each one of their warehouses, so much of raw materials, as the in charge ones of the material technical supply to the same ones. It is in and of itself that in this study he/she intends to design a scientifically argued procedure that it allows dignosticar and to improve the administration of storage of this entity. For this purpouse will be carried out it a bibliographical revision on the aspects related with this topic, intending the aforementioned procedure and finally applying it to the Warehouse of Spare parts and Tools of the company to validate if effectiveness. Lastly it is carried out a solution proposal to the detected problems. To carry out this investigative work and the achievement of the proposed objectives, the analysis techniques and collection of data were used, interviews, etc., each one of them was used indistinctly in an or another stage of the investigation until arriving to the final objective that propitiated the realization of the same one.
