dc.description.abstractDebido a los constantes cambios del mundo es imprescindible ser parte de la competitividad empresarial, es por eso que se debe tomar como clave del éxito al liderazgo organizacional para alcanzar una mayor rentabilidad dentro de las empresas, para ello, es ineludible encontrar a esos líderes en los incomparables sedimentos, ya sean institucionales como empresariales y fomentar día a día su formación para crear de esa forma, empresas fornidas y factibles. La presente investigación se realizó en la Empresa Inmobiliaria ALMEST, perteneciente al municipio de Caibarién, provincia de Villa Clara. Esta organización tiene como objetivo social la actividad de arrendamiento de los inmuebles que constituyen su patrimonio en representación del MINFAR. El problema científico de la investigación es: ¿Cómo contribuir a fortalecer el liderazgo organizacional en la Empresa Inmobiliaria ALMEST?, con el objetivo de proponer un Plan de acción que incorporado a la estrategia de la Empresa Inmobiliaria ALMEST contribuye a fortalecer el liderazgo organizacional. Para el desarrollo de la investigación y el diagnóstico del liderazgo organizacional de la empresa objeto de estudio se emplearon diferentes métodos científicos que responden a los métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos. Los resultados y el alcance de la investigación permitieron arribar a un Plan de acción, que incorporado a la estrategia de la empresa contribuye a fortalecer el papel de los directivos, que sin duda se hará más efectiva en el contexto del perfeccionamiento empresarial en el cual están inmersos.en_US
dc.description.abstractDue to the constant changes of the world it is indispensable to be part of the managerial competitiveness, for that’ reason that it should be taken like nail from the success to the organizational leadership to reach a bigger profitability inside the companies, for it, it is unavoidable to find those leaders in the incomparable silts, be already institutional as managerial and to foment their formation day by day to create in that way, hefty and feasible companies. The present investigation was carried out in the Real State Company ALMEST, belonging to the municipality of Caibarién, Villa Clara province. This organization has as social objective the activity of lease of the properties that constitute its patrimony in representation of the MINFAR. The scientific problem of the investigation is: How to contribute to strengthen the organizational leadership in the Real State Company ALMEST? with the objective of proposing a Plan of action that incorporate to the strategy of the Real State Company ALMEST contributes to strengthen the organizational leadership. For the development of the investigation and the diagnosis of the organizational leadership of the company study object different scientific methods were used that respond to the theoretical, empiric and mathematical methods. The results and the reach of the investigation allowed to arrive to an action plan that incorporate to the strategy of the company it contributes to strengthen the paper of the directive that without a doubt will become more effective in the context of the managerial improvement which are present.en_US
