Resumen
A partir de la aprobación de la Norma Cubana del Sistema de Gestión Integrada del Capital
Humano se plantea la necesidad de identificar y diseñar las competencias laborales que
garanticen su implementación en el sistema nacional, a fin de incrementar la calidad de los
servicios que se brindan a la población. La identificación de competencias es el método o
proceso que se sigue para establecer, a partir de una actividad de trabajo, las
competencias que se ponen en juego con el fin de desempeñar tal actividad
satisfactoriamente, en sus diferentes contextos laborales.
Empresa Provincial de Artes Gráficas de Villa Clara (Villaargraf) no se ha concretado la
gestión por competencias y se han declarado no conformidades al respecto una vez que
fue implantado el sistema de gestión de calidad por la NC ISO 9001:2008 por lo que surgió
la necesidad latente de revisar el trabajo realizado hasta la fecha y definir un modelo que
estuviera acorde a las características de la empresa y que permitió desplegar las acciones
que esta actividad demanda.
La investigación realizada en la presente tesis permitió como resultados importantes definir
un procedimiento y realizar, identificar y validar las competencias de la organización, de los
procedimientos claves y de los puestos importantes en la realización del producto grafico.
Para ello se utilizó revisiones de la bibliografía, revisión de documentos de la empresa de
los años anteriores, la obtención de información a través de entrevistas y encuestas.
Starting from the approval of the Cuban Norma of the System of Integrated Administration of the Human Capital he/she thinks about the necessity to identify and to design the labor competitions that guarantee their implementation in the national system, in order to increase the quality of the services that you/they are offered to the population. The identification of competitions is the method or process that it is continued to settle down, starting from a work activity, the competitions that put at stake with the purpose of carrying out such an activity satisfactorily, in its different labor contexts. Provincial company of Graphic Arts of Villa Clara (Villaargraf) the administration has not been summed up by competitions and non conformities have been declared in this respect once the system of administration of quality was implanted by the NC ISO 9001:2008 for what the latent necessity arose of to revise the work carried out so far and to define a model that was in agreement to the characteristics of the company and that it allowed to deploy the actions that this activity demands. The investigation carried out in the present thesis allowed as important results to define a procedure and to carry out, to identify and to validate the competitions of the organization, of the key procedures and of the important positions in the realization of the graphic product. For it was used it revisions of the bibliography, revision of documents of the company of the previous years, the obtaining of information through interviews and surveys.
