Resumen
En el presente Trabajo de Diploma se confecciona y valida el Procedimiento Normalizativo de Operación para el mantenimiento del centro de bioactivos químicos de la Universidad Central de las Villas, estableciendo lo que está regulado por el centro para el control estatal de los medicamentos, equipos y dispositivos médicos. Para ello inicialmente se establece seguir las estrategias comprendidas en el Informe Técnico ISO/TR 10013, el cual desarrollara a través del Procedimiento Normalizado de Operación. Metodología para la elaboración y revisión de los PNO e Instrucciones de Trabajo aprobado en al CBQ. La obtención de la información necesaria para el desarrollo del trabajo estuvo basada en la realización de una minuciosa revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema a tratar, entrevistas a personal especializado del CBQ, revisión de documentación técnica, y la aplicación para la validación el método de experto y la escala de Lickert, para el mantenimiento de equipos e instalaciones.
