Resumen
El desarrollo del turismo conlleva una responsabilidad directa por los efectos que tiene la creación de las infraestructuras de servicios necesarias para desarrollar este sector, lo que hace imprescindible la aplicación de leyes que tributen al cuidado y protección del medio ambiente en el que se encuentra. Es por ello que el objetivo de la presente investigación es el de elaborar un Programa de Gestión Ambiental para el Campismo Popular Bamburanao, ya que el mismo no tiene identificado el impacto de sus actividades en el medio ambiente. Para el diseño del mismo se tomó como referencia el Programa de Gestión Ambiental de Campbell (2009). En este sentido se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la entidad, como punto de partida para elaborar el programa. Entre las principales técnicas y métodos utilizados se encuentran el análisis bibliográfico y documental, la observación directa, la entrevista, el criterio de especialistas, entre otras, las cuales demostraron su eficiencia para la recolección de la información. Como resultado de la investigación se elaboró el Programa de Gestión Ambiental para el Campismo Popular Bamburanao como herramienta para prevenir y minimizar los impactos ambientales que provoca la actividad turística de la entidad, así como para elevar el desempeño profesional de sus directivos y trabajadores, mejorar la imagen de la instalación y su contexto permitiéndole así optar por el Reconocimiento Ambiental Nacional que otorga el CITMA.
The development of the tourism bears a direct responsibility for the effects that has the creation of the necessary infrastructures of services to develop this sector, that makes indispensable the application of laws that pay to the care and protection of the environment in which is. It is for it that the objective of the present investigation is the one of elaborating a Program of Environmental Administration for the Popular Campismo Bamburanao, since the same one doesn't have identified the impact of its activities in the environment. For the design of the same one he/she took like reference the Program of Environmental Administration of Campbell (2009). In this sense was carried out a diagnosis of the current situation of the entity, as starting point to elaborate the program. Among the main ones technical and used methods are the bibliographical and documental analysis, the direct observation, the interview, the approach of experts, among other, which demonstrated their efficiency for the gathering of the information. As a result of the investigation the Program of Environmental Administration was elaborated for the Popular Campismo Bamburanao like tool to prevent and to minimize the environmental impacts that it causes the tourist activity of the entity, as well as to elevate the professional acting of its directive and hard-working, to improve the image of the installation and its context allowing this way him to opt for the National Environmental Recognition that the CITMA grants.
