Abstract
La presente investigación se realiza en la Agencia Havanatur Tour & Travel Centro de Cienfuegos, tuvo como objetivo general elaborar un plan de acciones a partir de un diseño de comunicación para fortalecer los rasgos identitarios de la Agencia Havanatur Tour & Travel Centro en su público interno. El estudio asumió una perspectiva metodológica sustentada en el paradigma cuantitativo; el tipo de estudio es no experimental, transversal, de tipo exploratorio. La muestra seleccionada para el desarrollo de la investigación comprendió la totalidad de los trabajadores de la organización.
Para la obtención de la información en la investigación, se utilizaron instrumentos de recogida de información como el análisis y revisión de documentos, la observación no participante, la encuesta en su forma cuestionario y la entrevista semiestructurada grupal.
Como principal resultado se obtuvo que a través de la realización de un diagnostico de comunicación para identificar los rasgos identitarios de la agencia, se puso en práctica un plan de acciones de comunicación, que tributan al fortalecimiento de la identidad de La Agencia Havanatur Tour & Travel Centro en su público interno.
The present investigation was carried out in the Agency Havanatur Tour & Travel Center of Cienfuegos and he has as general objective to elaborate a plan of actions starting from a communication design to strengthen the features of the Agency Havanatur Tour & Travel Center in its internal public.
