| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de diploma se desarrolla en la Empresa de Diseño e Ingeniería con marca registrada CREVER, de Las Tunas, en aras de dar solución a la problemática de cómo medir el capital intelectual en dicha entidad, como vía para detectar las principales debilidades y adaptar las políticas de gestión a la estrategia empresarial y/o corporativa, con un enfoque proactivo y estratégico. De aquí, que se haya aplicado un procedimiento que permitió medir el capital intelectual encaminado a mejorar la gestión del conocimiento de dicha empresa. La investigación parte de un análisis conceptual donde se estudian los distintos instrumentos desarrollados en Cuba para este fin y que se adecuaran a las características del objeto de estudio, seguidamente, se seleccionó el instrumento y se procedió a su aplicación a través de diferentes métodos como la revisión de documentos, el trabajo con expertos, el triángulo de Fuller, el diagrama de Ishikawa, entre otros. Los resultados de la aplicación permitieron detectar las principales debilidades existentes en la entidad en el ámbito de lo intangible y proyectar en consecuencia un conjunto coherente de acciones para mitigar las mismas, que redundarían en un mejoramiento del sistema de gestión de la entidad. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research work was carried out in the Empresa de Diseño e Ingeniería CREVER in the province of Las Tunas with the objective of solving the problem of how to measure Intellectual Capital in that entity as a way of determining the major weaknesses and adapt the management guidelines to the enterprise and/or corporative strategy with a proactive and strategic focus. A procedure that allowed the measurement of Intellectual Capital with an aim to improve knowledge and skill management in the said entity was applied. The research is derived from a conceptual analysis in which different instruments developed in Cuba for this reason are studied. These instruments are adapted to the characteristics of the study object and the ideal instrument is selected and applied, employing different methods such as the consultation of documents, method of experts, Fuller triangle, Ishikawa diagram among others. The results of the procedure applied allowed to detect the major weaknesses existing in the intangible context of the entity and propose a series of coherent actions to eradicate them which would improve the management system of the entity. | en_US |
