Resumen
En la presente investigación se realizó el procedimiento para la auditoría de mantenimiento en el hotel Memories Trinidad del Mar con el objetivo de dar respuesta a la situación problemática que fundamente la investigación. La tesis parte de un examen bibliográfico que establece los términos conceptuales principales definiciones dentro de los cuales se sustenta la misma, así como los aspectos a considerar en el procedimiento de auditoría para evaluar la gestión del mantenimiento en Cuba y en específico en el grupo hotelero Cubanacán, se ejecuta la aplicación del procedimiento el cual consta de tres etapas, con nueve pasos en total. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicaron técnicas como entrevistas, cuestionarios, trabajo con expertos y observación directa. Como resultado fundamental y dado que el procedimiento incluye aspectos novedosos al considerar en evaluar la gestión del mantenimiento en dependencia del contexto operacional de equipamiento en hoteles detectando las principales deficiencias que influyen en el desempeño de la gestión del mantenimiento, al integral mantenimiento, riesgo y energía.

In the present investigation, the procedure for the maintenance audit was carried out at the Memories Trinidad del Mar hotel in order to respond to the problematic situation on which the investigation was based. The thesis is based on a bibliographic examination that establishes the main conceptual terms definitions within which it is based, as well as the aspects to be considered in the audit procedure to evaluate the maintenance management in Cuba and specifically in the Cubanacán hotel group, the application of the procedure is executed, which consists of three stages, with nine steps in total. During the development of the research, techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, work with experts and direct observation were applied. As a fundamental result and given that the procedure includes novel aspects when considering in evaluating maintenance management depending on the operational context of equipment in hotels, detecting the main deficiencies that influence the performance of maintenance management, comprehensive maintenance, risk and energy.
