Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Diploma presenta un estudio de fallos en equipos de mayor consumo eléctrico en el Hotel “Oasis Playa Coco” de Ciego de Ávila desarrollando el Mantenimiento Centrado en la Confiabilidad (MCC). Como resultado, se desarrolla un procedimiento, partiendo de determinar los equipos de mayor consumo eléctrico, identificando sus funciones, los fallos funcionales, el efecto de los fallos y las consecuencias de dichos fallos, además de analizar los niveles de criticidad para la seguridad, el medio ambiente, el servicio y costos de mantenimiento. La obtención de la información necesaria para el desarrollo del trabajo estuvo basada en la realización de una revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema a tratar, entrevistas a personal especializado de la empresa, revisión de documentación técnica existente, así como la aplicación de técnicas de trabajo en grupo para la toma de decisiones. Todo lo anterior se complementa con la valoración de la influencia positiva o beneficios que pueda proporcionar, tanto para el área de mantenimiento, como para otras áreas de la empresa en las cuales sea factible.
The present Diploma Work presents a study of equipment failures of mayor electrical consumption in the Hotel “Oasis Playa Coco” of Ciego de Avila developing the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). As result, a procedure is developed, starting off to determine the equipment of higher electrical consumption, identifying its functions, functional failures, failure effect and the consequences of these, besides analyzing the levels of criticality for the security, the environment, the service and costs of maintenance. The obtaining of the necessary information for the development of the work was based on the accomplishment of a bibliographical revision on the subject to treat, interviews to personnel specialized of the company, revision of existing technical documentation, as well as the application of techniques of work in group for the decision making. All the previous is complemented with the valuation of the positive influence or profits that can provide, for the maintenance area, like for other areas of the company in which are viable.
