Resumen
El Grupo de Administración Empresarial de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias tiene dentro de sus principales actividades la prestación de servicios logísticos integrales a las mercancías tanto importadas como para la exportación y el mercado nacional. La presente investigación ha sido realizada en la Unidad Empresarial de Base en Villa Clara de Almacenes Universales SA, la cual en la actualidad ha venido presentando deficiencias en las cadenas de suministro que está insertada, las cuales se reflejan en una falta de planificación, organización y control entre los actores de la cadena. Para darle solución a esto se elaboró un procedimiento para la planificación colaborativa en las cadenas de suministros, el cual se aplicó de manera parcial. Como principales resultados del mismo se desarrollaron algunos acuerdos de colaboración que deben existir entre los actores de las cadenas y se realizó la planificación de las transportaciones, la cual permite garantizar la integración de los planes de transportación anual, mensual y diario en los marcos de las cadenas de suministro objetos de estudio. Todo esto permitió mejorar los indicadores de efectividad en las transportaciones y el nivel de servicio al cliente en las cadenas de suministro estudiadas.
The Business Administration Group of the Revolutionary Armed Forces has within its main activities the provision of integral logistic services to both imported goods and for export and the national market. The present investigation has been carried out in the Managerial Unit of Base in Santa Clara of Universal Warehouses INC, which at present has been presenting deficiencies in the supply chains that are inserted, which are reflected in a lack of planning, organization and control among the actors of the chain. To solve this, a procedure for collaborative planning in the supply chains was developed, which was partially applied. As main results of the same some collaboration agreements were developed that should exist between the actors of the chains and the transportation planning was carried out, which allows to guarantee the integration of the annual, monthly and daily transportation plans within the frameworks of the supply chains study objects. All this made it possible to improve the indicators of effectiveness in transportation and the level of customer service in the supply chains studied.
