Sistema de planificación de biofábricas biofasis® planner

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma, expone las principales características del proceso productivo de una biofábrica. Se adentra en la planificación de la producción y sus requisitos. Se propone un proceso de planificación para la biofábrica del IBP, siendo este extensible a cualquier centro de este tipo. Se describe la solución a este problema mediante una exposición de los principales momentos de la implementación, obteniendo un planificador automático del proceso productivo de una biofábrica, que controla las versiones de los planes y se integra eficientemente con el sistema Biofasis®.

The present thesis shows the main characteristics of the productive process of a biofactory. It deepens into the production planning and its requisites. A planning process for the biofactory of the PBI (Plant Biotechnology Institute) is proposed, and it is applied to any center of this type. The solution to this problem is described by means of a presentation of the chief moments of the implementation, where an automatic planner of the productive process of the biofactory is obtained, which controls the plans versions and is efficiently integrated into the Biofasis® system.
