Diseño de Plan de Acciones de Comunicación Estratégica para la educación intercultural en la UCLV

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas (UCLV) y su objetivo fundamental fue la elaboración de un plan de acciones de comunicación estratégica para la Educación Intercultural (EI) en dicha institución. El estudio responde a la alternativa mixta de investigación, con un diseño anidado o incrustado concurrente de modelo dominante (DIAC) con predominancia cualitativa, para propiciar una percepción integral y holística de acuerdo con la complejidad del fenómeno de la Educación Intercultural y su carácter dinámico. Se utilizaron como técnicas e instrumentos de recogida de información la investigación bibliográfica-documental, la revisión de documentos oficiales, la observación no participante, la encuesta y la entrevista en profundidad. La muestra quedó constituida por 6 informantes claves, 8 informantes y una muestra de 4 especialistas para la valoración del Plan de Acciones de comunicación estratégica. La investigación tuvo como principal resultado la elaboración de un Plan de Acciones de comunicación estratégica para contribuir a la EI en la UCLV. Se recomienda la incorporación del Plan de Acciones propuesto a la Estrategia de Comunicación que implementa la UCLV, la inclusión de estas actividades en los planes de trabajo de la UCLV y la articulación estratégica del sistema de relaciones de los actores de la UCLV en torno a la EI.

The present investigation was carried out in the Central University "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas (UCLV and their fundamental objective was the elaboration of a plan of actions of strategic communication for the Intercultural Education (IE) in this institution. The study was conceived from the mixed alternative of investigation with a nested design or incrusted attendee of dominant model (DIAC) with qualitative predominance, to propitiate an integral and holistic, given perception the complexity of the phenomenon of the Intercultural Education and its dynamic character. Were used as technical and instruments of collection of information the bibliographical investigation - documental, the revision of official documents, the observation non participant, the survey and the interview in depth. The sample was constituted by 6 key informants, 8 informants and a sample of 4 specialists for the valuation of the Plan of Actions of strategic communication. The investigation had as main result the elaboration of a Plan of Actions of strategic communication to improve the development of activities that contribute to the IE in the UCLV. It is recommended like part of the study the incorporation of the Plan of Actions proposed to the Strategy of Communication that the UCLV implements, the inclusion of these activities in the plans of work of the UCLV and the articulation of the system of the actors' of the UCLV relationships around the EI.
