Resumen
El presente trabajo fue realizado en la Empresa Comercializadora DIVEP de Villa Clara
perteneciente al Ministerio de SIME, la cual es la vanguardia de la comercialización de
productos tanto en moneda nacional como divisa, ofreciendo a sus clientes productos con
la debida calidad y satisfacción de sus requerimientos.
Esta investigación tiene como principales objetivos realizar un riguroso estudio de los
problemas detectados en cuanto al funcionamiento de la cadena de suministro de los
diferentes tipos de productos, así como realizar un procedimiento para el diseño de la
cadena de suministro de una comercializadora para revertir los determinados problemas
anteriormente mencionados.
Como soporte al desarrollo del diplomado, se ha realizado un estudio de bibliografía
actualizada y búsquedas en Internet sobre los temas abordados. Además se utilizaron
diferentes técnicas como son: Las entrevistas a expertos, profesionales y personal
administrativo de la entidad, la observación directa, y un grupo de herramientas entre las
que se encuentran el Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint y Kendallsoft
Finalmente se puede decir que con la aplicación detallada del procedimiento descrito en el
presente trabajo se resolverán un gran número de problemas detectados en la etapa de
funcionamiento actual de la cadena de suministros de la comercializadora.
The present project at the Company Commercial DIVEP Villa Clara that belongs to the SIME Ministry was done. This one is on the vanguard of the commercialization in products by national coin and also and foreign exchange offering to its customers products with the required quality and satisfaction. The main goals of this research are to develop a deep study of the founded problems at the supply chain of all differents kind of products, also to do a procedure for the design of the supply chain of Commercial to reinvent the determined problems mentioned before. As a support for the development of the diplomat a study of the current bibliography and search in internets web pages about the employed topics was made. Furthermore differents techniques where also used as: Interviews to the experts professionals and administrative workers of the company, direct observation and a group of the software’s were used, between wide ones Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint y Kendallsoft. Finally we can say that with the detailed application of the described procedure, at the present project, a big amount of detected problems at the current working stage of the Commercial’s supply chain would be solved.
