Resumen
La presente investigación ha sido realizada en la UEB Derivados “Heriberto
Duquesne”, perteneciente al Grupo Empresarial AZCUBA, ubicada en el municipio
de Remedios, en la provincia de Villa Clara, con el objetivo general de proponer un
procedimiento para evaluar el impacto del plan de protección ambiental de esta
entidad. Se hizo un análisis de la literatura referente a temas como: Las dimensiones
en la dirección y gestión de la empresa estatal y sus interrelaciones con el desarrollo
comunitario; La dimensión ambiental en el sistema empresarial cubano; La
evaluación de impacto ambiental y Procedimientos para la evaluación del impacto
de las empresas en las comunidades. Se emplearon técnicas para la recopilación
de información como la entrevista, la observación, la revisión de documentos, las
encuestas, además de la utilización de gráficos, software, tablas y diagramas para
el análisis de la misma. Como resultado de la investigación realizada se pudo inferir
que el principal problema que afecta a esta UEB es: ¿Cómo evaluar el impacto del
plan de protección ambiental de la UEB Derivados “Heriberto Duquesne” en el
Consejo Popular de Adela?
The present research has been carried outin the UEB Derivados “Heriberto Duquesne”, belonging to the AZCUBA Enterprise, located in the municipality of Remedios in Villa Clara province and it is focused on proposing an evaluation procedure regarding environment protection in this entity. Documents referring to this topic were consulted, for instance: The scope in the direction and atlitudes of the Enterprise and the interrelationship with the development in the community. The environmental scope in the Cuban enterprise system. The evaluatin of the impact on the environment and the procedures to evaluate the impact on the community enterprises. The techniques used to gather information were; interviews, observation, documents review, surveys. Also the use for graphics, softwares, tables, and diagrams were very useful in the analysis. As a result of the investigation it could be inferred that the main question to the problema affecting this UEB is as follows. How to evaluate the impact of the environmental proctectionplan of the UEB Derivados “Heriberto Duquesne” in the community of Adela?
