Resumen
La presente investigación pretende contribuir a la comunicación interna del Grupo Empresarial VICLAR. Se trazó como objetivo general diseñar una estrategia de comunicación interna en el Grupo Empresarial VICLAR de Santa Clara. A partir de la sistematización de la información obtenida en los diagnósticos de comunicación realizados con anterioridad en la institución.
Se utilizó una alternativa metodológica cualitativa fundamentada en una perspectiva interpretativa. El método de investigación se centró en el entendimiento de un grupo, sistema social y cultural. Como instrumentos metodológicos se empleó el análisis de documentos oficiales, los cuestionarios y el trabajo grupal en sesiones.
A partir de los resultados obtenidos se diseñó la Estrategia de Comunicación Interna, lo cual constituye el principal resultado investigativo. Se recomienda la implementación y evaluación de dicha estrategia.
