dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se desarrolla en la Empresa de Bebidas y Refrescos Villa Clara y tiene como objetivo evaluar la situación actual de la gestión logística en la entidad. Para dar cumplimiento a lo anterior se determinan los fundamentos teóricos metodológicos en que se sustenta la gestión logística, además se identifica un procedimiento de evaluación de la gestión logística factible de aplicar en la organización, a partir del análisis de la literatura especializada sobre el tema, así mismo se realiza la evaluación de la gestión logística a partir del procedimiento seleccionado. Como resultados se obtuvo un valor del indicador de evaluación de la gestión logística (IEGL) de 89,95 %, lo que demuestra que la gestión logística está bien implementada en la empresa; también se determinaron las principales dificultades que afectan la gestión logística en la organización, localizadas fundamentalmente en las funciones logísticas relacionadas con los trámites del pedido y la entrega, el mantenimiento de los vehículos, el control de inventarios y el desempeño de los proveedores en el proceso de compras, las cuales pertenecen a las actividades logísticas de servicio al cliente, transporte, gestión de inventarios y compras respectivamente. Finalmente se propone un plan de acciones que contribuye a mitigar los problemas existentes en el área de logística y con ello mejorar su gestión en la entidad.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research is carried out in the Beverages and Softdrinks Entity of Villa Clara province and its objective is to evaluate the current situation of logistics management in the entity. In order to comply with the above, the theoretical methodological foundations on which logistics management is based are determined, in addition, an evaluation procedure of the logistics management feasible to apply in the organization is identified, based on the analysis of the specialized literature on the subject, likewise, the evaluation of the logistics management is carried out from the selected procedure. As results, a value of the logistics management evaluation indicator (LMEI) of 89,95 % was obtained, which shows that logistics management is well implemented in the company; the main difficulties that affect logistics management in the organization were also determined, mainly located in the logistics functions related to order and delivery procedures, vehicle maintenance, inventory control and the performance of suppliers in the process of purchases, which pertain to the logistics activities of customer service, transportation, inventory management and purchases respectively. Finally, an action plan is proposed that contributes to mitigating existing problems in the logistics area and thereby improving its management in the entity.en_US
