Resumen
La presente investigación está enmarcada dentro del Proyecto Hábitat 2 y tiene como objetivo principal el Diagnóstico para la evaluación de la Dimensión Ambiental Energética del hábitat municipal de Cumanayagua y las propuestas de Acciones Demostrativas Locales (ADLs) como soluciones a las problemáticas existentes.
Con este objetivo, se recurre a diferentes métodos de investigación tanto teóricos como empíricos y se definen los referentes teóricos conceptuales que abordan la temática en la que se ubica el contenido de estudio (Desarrollo Local, Medio Ambiente y Hábitat) y el estado del arte.
Con la finalidad de evaluar los indicadores, variables y atributos de la Dimensión Ambiental Energética que repercuten de una forma u otra en la calidad de vida de la población y del hábitat en su concepto integrador, se recurrió a una herramienta de carácter cualicuantitativo diseñada por un grupo multidisciplinario de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas basada en el método del Proceso Analítico Jerárquico.
A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se confecciono un plan de gestión y manejo territorial del cual se derivaron propuestas de Acciones Demostrativas Locales (ADLs) para erradicar el estado deficitario del hábitat en el municipio de Cumanayagua.
En el trabajo se establecen conclusiones que incluyen la viabilidad y factibilidad de ejecución de los resultados de esta investigación.
The following investigation is inserted inside the project Habitat 2. Its main objective is to elaborate a Diagnosis for assessment of Environmental Energetic Dimension and proposals for Local Demonstrative Actions (LDAs) as solutions for existing problems in Cumanayagua Municipality. With this purpose, we assume different methods of investigation neither theoretic nor empiricists and they define the theoretic conceptual referents that discuss the subject of study content (Local Development, Environment and Habitat) and the state of art. With the aim of evaluating indicators, variables and attributes of the Environmental Energetic Dimension that have influence upon one way or another in the life quality of the population and integrative concept of the habitat, was used a qualitative-quantitative tool designed by a multidisciplinary group of the Central University “Marta Abreu” of The Villages based in the method of the Analytic Hierarchy/Network Process (AHP). As a result, a territorial management plan was created from which different proposals of Local Demonstrative Actions (LDAs) were derived in order to eradicate the deficit in the habitat of Cumanayagua Municipality. As part of the conclusions, we consider the feasibility of the implementation of this investigation results.
