Procedimiento para el diseño de un Sistema de Gestión de Inventarios en la División Territorial de ETECSA en Villa Clara

Abstract

La mayoría de las empresas, tienen un alto grado de interés en los temas de pronósticos y prospectiva, reconocen su gran utilidad para la planeación de todas sus actividades futuras de corto, mediano y largo plazo. La realidad, es que a la hora de concretar los pronósticos de cualquier variable de la empresa, se dificulta el proceso por un sinfín de razones, entre ellas: falta de tiempo de los especialistas para el desarrollo riguroso y formal que requieren los pronósticos, desconocimientos de las ventajas y limitaciones de los mismos, falta de interés en profundizar en estos métodos, conformación con la obtención de pronósticos con media móviles u otros métodos blandos de estimación y en ocasiones, simplemente por no saber de la existencia de estas metodologías. La Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba (ETECSA), no escapa a las influencias del entorno y es por esto que actualmente se encuentra enfrascada en una revisión de sus sistemas de gestión de inventarios con vistas a disminuir el valor de este, tomando en consideración que su medición forma parte de los indicadores claves de la empresa, el cual ha sido de difícil cumplimiento en los últimos años. En la presente investigación se proponen respuestas a esta problemática mediante el desarrollo de un procedimiento para el diseño de un sistema de gestión de inventarios en la división territorial de Villa Clara, este implementa un conjunto de técnicas, que facilitan la toma de decisiones logísticas. La aplicación del procedimiento para el diseño de un sistema de gestión de inventarios de la división territorial de ETECSA en Villa Clara, permitió constatar su factibilidad como herramienta, permitiendo obtener valores futuros de la demanda y estableciendo puntos de comparación, que si bien no intervienen en la disminución de los valores del inventario, ayudará a evitar el aumento del mismo.Most of companies, they have a high grade of interest in the topics of presage and prospective, they recognize their great utility for the planation of all their future activities of short, medium and I release term. The reality, is that when summing up the presage of any variable of the company, the process is hindered by a numberless of reasons, among them: lack of the specialists' time for the rigorous and formal development that you/they require the presage, ignorance of the advantages and limitations of the same ones, lack of interest in deepening in these methods, conformation with the obtaining of presage with half motives or other soft methods of estimate and in occasions, simply for not knowing about the existence of these methodologies. The Company of Telecommunications of Cuba (ETECSA), it doesn't escape to the influences of the environment and it is for this reason that at the moment it is buried in a revision of their systems of administration of inventories with a view to diminishing the value of this, taking in consideration that their mensuration forms part of the key indicators of the company, which has been of difficult execution in the last years. In the present investigation they intend answers to this problem by means of the development of a general procedure for the design of a systemof administration of inventories in the territorial address of Villa Clara, this it implements a group of technical that facilitate the taking of logistical decisions, highlighting the specific procedure for the presage of the demand. The application of the general procedure for the design of a system of administration of inventories of the territorial address of ETECSA in Villa Clara, allowed to verify her feasibility like tool, allowing to obtain future values of the demand and establishing comparison points that although they don't intervene in the decrease of the values of the inventory, she will help to avoid the increase of the same one.
