| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de diploma se realizó en el Centro de Información y Gestión Tecnológica (CIGET) Villa Clara como parte de la estructura organizacional del Instituto de Documentación e Información Científica y Tecnológica (IDICT), que representa al mismo en el territorio. El objetivo fundamental del presente trabajo de diploma es la aplicación de un procedimiento general para diagnosticar los recursos de conocimiento y el posicionamiento de la entidad respecto a los considerados estratégicos, así como la identificación de las competencias distintivas, lo cual representa la base para la formulación de estrategias de conocimiento pertinentes al apoyo y sostenimiento de dichas competencias. Se aplicó un algoritmo específico para la formulación de estrategias de conocimiento de acuerdo a la coincidencia de naturalezas entre estas y las competencias, su aplicación contribuyó a la solución del problema de investigación planteado. Se emplearon, además, herramientas de recopilación de información como entrevistas, encuestas, revisión de registros y documentos concernientes con el tema. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present diploma work was carried out in the Center of Information and Technological Administration (CIGET) Villa Clara like part of the organizational structure of the Institute of Documentation and Scientific and Technological Information (IDICT) that represents to the same one in the territory. The fundamental objective of the present diploma work is the application of a general procedure to diagnose the resources of knowledge and the positioning of the entity regarding those considered strategic, as well as the identification of the distinctive competitions, that which represents the base for the formulation of pertinent strategies of knowledge to the support and maintenance of this competitions. A specific algorithm was applied for the formulation of strategies of knowledge according to the coincidence of natures between these and the competitions, its application contributed to the solution of the outlined invest igation problem. They were used, also, tools of summary of information like interviews, surveys, revision of registrations and concerning documents with the topic. | en_US |
