Excursionismo Deportivo en el Deporte para Todos, del Centro Mixto Mártires de Chile.

Abstract

El trabajo surge a partir de las dificultades existentes en la realización de actividades físico-recreativas en el Deporte para Todos del Centro Mixto Mártires de Chile, que hacen declarar como problema científico ¿Cómo mejorar las actividades físico-recreativas en el Deporte para Todos, de los estudiantes del Centro Mixto Mártires de Chile de la comunidad Jibacoa, municipio Manicaragua, provincia Villa Clara? Para lo cual se trazan como objetivos, diagnosticar el estado actual de las actividades físico-recreativas en el citado centro, seleccionar las actividades del programa de Excursionismo Deportivo en correspondencia con los resultados del diagnóstico y reelaborar el programa de Excursionismo Deportivo para la realización de las actividades físico-recreativas del Deporte para Todos del Centro Mixto Mártires de Chile. Aplicando los métodos Analítico–sintético e Inductivo–deductivo; Revisión documental, Observación, Encuesta, Entrevista y Distribución Empírica de frecuencias que permitieron obtener como resultados las dificultades de las actividades, entre las que destacan, la poca variedad, la no atención a los motivos físicorecreativos, la falta de protagonismo desde la planificación, así como la no utilización del entorno y la reelaboración del Programa de Excursionismo Deportivo para mejorar las actividades físico-recreativas en el Deporte para Todos del Centro Mixto Mártires de Chile.

Applying the procedures Analytical – synthetic and Inductive – deductive; Documentary revision, Observation, Inquest, Interview and Distribution Empiric of frequencies that they enabled getting like results out of the difficulties the activities, between the ones that stand out, the not much variety, her no attention to the motives physical recreational, short of prominence from the planning as well as her not utilization of the surroundings and the re-elaboration of Sports Hiking's Program for the better the activities physical recreational in the Sports for All of the mixed Center Mártires de Chile.
