dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo principal de caracterizar el estado actual de la comunicación no verbal de los presentadores del Telecentro Telecubanacán de Villa Clara. Se emplea una metodología cualitativa descriptiva y se asumen los métodos teóricos analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo e histórico-lógico. Para la recogida de información y obtención de resultados, se aplicaron varios métodos empíricos como el análisis de documentos oficiales, la entrevista, la encuesta y la observación no participante. La muestra fue escogida con un carácter intencional. Se seleccionaron a los presentadores y tres directivos del canal. Las necesidades encontradas en el estudio tienen su fuente fundamental en la carencia de conocimientos teóricos acerca de la comunicación no verbal por parte de los investigados. A pesar de que los investigados son conscientes de la importancia que tiene la comunicación no verbal en el trabajo televisivo, existe la duda sobre los efectos negativos que ocasiona en la teleaudiencia el uso incorrecto de los elementos no verbales. Entre los sistemas de la comunicación no verbal analizados, los elementos kinésicos y paralingüísticos son los más observables y donde se encontraron las principales deficiencias.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research was carried out with the main objective of characterizing the current state of non-verbal communication of TV host from Telecubanacán Television Broadcasting Centre in Villa Clara. A descriptive qualitative methodology is used and analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and historical-logical theoretical methods are assumed. In order to collet informations and obtain results, several empirical methods were applied suchas. The analysis of official documents, the interview, the survery and participant observation. The sample was chosen with an intentional character. All the TV host were select as well as three different directors of the channel. The needs found in the studio have their source in the lack of theoretical knowledge about communication in the side of the investigated persons. Despite the fact that those investigated are aware of the television work, there is doubt about the negative effects that the audience. Among the non-verbal communication systems analyzed, the kinesic and paralinguistic elements are the most evident and where the main deficiencies were found.en_US
