Abstract
El presente trabajo investigativo se desarrolla en la Empresa Comercializadora de
Combustibles de Villa Clara, perteneciente al Ministerio de la Industria Básica (MINBAS)
con el objetivo de elaborar un procedimiento para el diseño e implementación del
Sistema de Gestión Integrado de Capital Humano que contribuya al mejoramiento de la
Gestión de dirección en la Empresa Comercializadora de Combustibles de Villa Clara.
En este sentido se realizó un estudio para diagnosticar la situación existente en la
empresa objeto de estudio con respecto a la planificación estratégica y a la Gestión de
Recursos Humanos (GRH) como punto de partida para detectar la necesidad de
elaborar un procedimiento para la implementación del SGICH.
Entre las principales técnicas y/o métodos utilizados para la investigación se encuentra
el análisis documental, la observación directa, las entrevistas individuales, las
encuestas a directivos y empleados, las cuales mostraron su eficiencia en este tipo de
estudio.
The present investigative work was developed in the Commercialized Fuels Company of Villa Clara, belonging to the Ministry of the Basic Industry (MINBAS) with the objective of elaborating a procedure for the design and implementation of the Integrated System of Administration of Human Capital that it contributes to the improvement of the address Administration in the Commercialized Fuels Company of Villa Clara. In this sense he/she was carried out a study to diagnose the existent situation in the company study object with regard to the strategic planning and to the Administration of Human resources (GRH) as starting point to detect the necessity to elaborate a procedure for the implementation of the SGICH. Among the main ones technical and/or utilized methods for the investigation are the documental analysis, the direct observation, the individual interviews, the surveys to directive and employees, which showed their efficiency in this study type.
